Carlyn is a registered dietitian who has been practicing nutrition therapy in Bend, Oregon since 2014. It is her belief that we can all reach our peak health in a variety of ways. Workshop 2: Nutrition for the 20-35-year-old Female Athlete

Thursday, June 8th, 6:30-7:30pm

A focus on young adult women and honing in on the craft of nourishing our bodies during times of rest and movement. Carlyn will also add a little bit about Teen & Tween Female Athlete Nutrition - with another extended session on Teens & Tweens to come in the fall!
